Born in Rome and raised in Manhattan, Dr. Jim Phelps grew up in a large Italian family where the culture of food was a staple in and of itself. After graduating from Hunter college of Art and Science,Jim's passion for cooking drove him to train at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
